Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please return the product in its original condition and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You may inspect the product as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind, the direct costs of returning the product are at your own expense.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. The cost depends on the carrier and shipping method you choose. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
